§1. General provisions

1. This policy (hereinafter: 'Policy') sets out the rules for the promotion '-50% with code – only for the first 30 customers' (hereinafter: 'Promotion') organized by Axabee Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Opole, ul. Kośnego 72, 45-372 Opole, NIP: 7543064993, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Opole, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000469997 (hereinafter: 'Organizer').
2. The Promotion concerns the Resabee AI Hotel Content Builder application (hereinafter: 'Application').
3. The Promotion is addressed exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of Article 4 of the Entrepreneurs Act and is one-time in nature.
4. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of this Policy.

§2. Promotion conditions

1. The Promotion is valid from July 16, 2025 until July 31, 2025 or until the limit of 30 discount codes is exhausted – whichever occurs first.
2. A Promotion participant who enters a valid promotional code during registration or subscription purchase receives a 50% discount on the selected Application package.
3. The promotional code can only be used once by a given entrepreneur.
4. The Promotion applies exclusively to the first 30 Participants who correctly activate the discount code.
5. Information about the exhaustion of the pool of 30 codes will be provided in the user interface when attempting to activate the code.

§3. Technical conditions and discount implementation

1. The promotional code must be entered in the designated field during payment in the Application.
2. After correct verification of the code, the price of the selected subscription package will be automatically reduced by 50%.
3. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, codes or discounts.

§4. Complaints

1. Complaints related to the Promotion can be submitted to the e-mail address: support@resabee.com or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. The complaint should contain the entrepreneur's identification data, description of the problem and expected solution.
3. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt.

§5. Final provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in the event of exhaustion of the code limit or force majeure.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to change this Policy for important reasons, including technical or organizational changes. Changes will not violate the acquired rights of Participants.
3. In matters not regulated by this Policy, the provisions of the Application Policy and Polish law shall apply.
